Most Proda projects have one common ingredient: the HTMLi framework, a framework developed by the company, that improves Rich Internet Applications with AJAX techonology. This is a critical advantage over Proda's competitors that develop conventional web applications.

As each project is different from the others, it is necessary to adopt a specific methodology depending on its criticality and complexity.

Proda uses well-known methodologies as a base for its own process. The process will switch from UP (Unified Process) to XP (eXtreme Programming) depending on the "weight" f the project.
